Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS ground service and insured for their full value. You may specify a faster shipping method if you need your product(s) faster.

All shipments are F.O.B. Clifton, NJ.

Motor freight is used for all palletized orders. FedEx, DHL, and USPS available (where applicable).

Returns

All returns require preauthorization within 10 days of receipt of materials. Please contact us before returning a product for approval. There is a 15% restocking charge on all orders approved for return. Special orders and custom converted items are not returnable.

Cancellations

Purchaser may cancel the order upon delivering written or verbal notification of Purchaser’s intent to cancel and with acceptance from FASTENation within 24 hours of placing the order. If Purchaser delivers notice of cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order, FASTENation reserves the right not to refund any of the purchase price, or less than the full purchase price. FASTENation reserves this right due to its suppliers’ terms and conditions or, in the case of special or custom orders, resale or other cost recovery may not be possible or practicable.
