This technology works well with narrow materials manufactured from Nylon and Polyester resins. FASTENation® can utilize any of its products such as VELCRO® Brand Hook & Loop, VELSTRETCH®, or other materials to customize any strap or assembly to meet your specific needs.

Strap Fabrication–Sewing
Sewing can be utilized with nearly any materials to assemble customized products or sub-assemblies to match exact customer specifications. FASTENation® can utilize any of its products such as VELCRO® Brand Hook & Loop, VELSTRETCH®, or other sourced materials to customize any strap or assembly to meet your specific needs
Pad Printing/Heat Transfer Labeling
FASTENation® offers their customers the opportunity to highlight their company or product brand by printing this on an assembly. Add your logo and/or phone number to a strap so your customers can always reach you! Your logo or name can be pad printed in one color or four colors with our heat transfer process. Logos can be up to 2.75” x 2.75” in size.
Lamination
FASTENation® offers both flame and adhesive lamination capabilities. We focus on providing design capabilities to customize our wide selection of materials to meet your specific product requirements. Whether it be foam to fabric, fabric to fabric, film to fabric, or film to foam we can create the correct product for you at the right price.
